If you want to display all the available Queues as radio buttons, please follow this KB article first:
By default, when the Queues are displayed as radio buttons, they are ordered based on their QueueID number in ascending order (the smaller QueueID number is at the beginning of the list). Please follow this instructions if you want to make sure a specific Queue is selected by default:
Edit the file AgentInterface\Scripts\PrePostChat.js
then replace this line
var b = $(".multiQueueRb:first").attr("checked", "checked").click();
*10 = represents the QueueID number used in my example and is the QueueID number of the Queue you wish to be selected first in the PreChat Survey. You can retrieve the QueueID from the Admin Console (highlight the Queue and look iin the upper right corner of the Admin Console).
