My SightMax service will not start, and in the Event Viewer it says that my license has expired. How do I get this up and running?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing your error. Be sure to include in the email:
MAC address listed on the SightMax server.
In order to find the MAC address of the server go to: Start> Run > type: CMD > Click OK > Type: ipconfig /all > hit the Enter Button.
The MAC address will be listed as the "Physical Address" of the NIC.
