New queue not working

Hi,

Chat function is not working. The icon does not show up and there is an error message when the chat is initiated.

I have checked properties and added the correct extensions.

I've added the correct paths for Framework64 for 64 bit machine

I've modified file permissions and added the iUSR with Read and Execute rights.

I've also repropogate the rights over the AgentInterface folder.

I would like to have someone screenshare to assist in the configuration.

Hi Justin,

You can try recycling the SightMax3 application pool in IIS.

Also, you should try to check if the SightMax Service is started.
