I installed the trial of 7.1 on my new web server and am trying to access it from another server where I have my development site. I get the visit pop up in the operator client when I hit the site and click the chat button, but cannot invite the user to chat, nor can I see the form when I click the chat box on the user side.

It's possible there is something misconfigured in IIS.

If it is a Windows 2008 Server, please make sure the WCF Feature is installed under Server Manager > Features.

For additional technical support you will need to renew your Annual Supoprt Subscription, or bring your Software Upgrade Plan up to date (that will give you 5 days of free technical support).
